Ingredients
1 slice of bread
Mayonnaise
A sprinkle of ground pepper
A pinch of nutmeg
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon honey
My toppings:
Dried herbs
Chili flakes
Fried garlic
Shallot oil
Procedure
Spread some mayonnaise on one side of your bread.
Sprinkle some ground pepper and nutmeg on top.
