This dish is also known as my “lucky lunch” because I often eat it before taking a unit test or exam. This light comfort food unfailingly calms my nerves and keeps me satisfied throughout the long assessments that require my undivided focus. Whenever they make this for lunch, its aroma wafts through the small gap between the floor and my door. My stomach answers with a grumble, which occasionally sidetracks me in the middle of class. I get so excited to go down and dig in that I suddenly get a boost of motivation to quickly finish rewriting my notes. This dish does wonders for my productivity.
