Yields 12-14 servings
Ingredients
½ cup or 100 grams butter
1 cup or 200 grams sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup ripe bananas, mashed
¼ cup or 65 mL all-purpose cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups or 240 grams all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Procedure
Preheat the oven to 350℉.
Cream the butter and sugar together until light.
Add the eggs one at a time.
Mix in the bananas, cream, and vanilla extract.
Slowly mix in the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
Mix in the walnuts.
Pour the batter into two lined loaf pans (9” x 5” x 3”).
Make it for 40 minutes.
Once done, let it cool before removing it from the pan.
